Formerly with Prudential Douglas Elliman, Linda joined Merit Group Realty, as office manager for Sunnyside, Queens’s office. Less than a year later she was promoted to Company Broker, with offices in Queens and Midtown Manhattan. She specializes in selling and leasing retail space, warehouse, mix-use buildings and multi-unit buildings. For seasoned investors and first time investors, she provides outstanding client negotiations, counseling and attention to detail so each transaction is a successful one. Whether the property is for sale or for lease, located in Nassau, Queens or Manhattan, she puts to work her relentless energy, positive attitude and market knowledge to help locate or sell properties quickly and at the clients preferred price. Innovative marketing skills produce maximum exposure for the properties she is listing at the highest and best price, while determination and focus finds properties customers want and never thought they’d be able to find. As of December, 2011 Merit Group Realty has had a change in ownership with the new name of Merit Group & Associates. Linda is still the Broker. Currently, she is working on residential sales, short sales and commercial leasing. As well as recruiting new agents for her Sunnyside Office & looking for new space for our new home in Manhattan.
